I don't usually write reviews but maybe it will help someone! I was having a lot of difficulty sleeping, and since this mat arrived, I sleep with it under me. My sleep has improved a lot. I also use it at my desk everyday when using my computer an I feel much more grounded !!

Fabric is soft - it fits my phone and slips in my pocket , was needing a phone pouch to protect from EMFs when I walk with my phone in my pocket all day - highly recommend
